
About Alesia
While attending Hampton University with a major in Broadcast Journalism, Alesia had the opportunity to intern with Entercom Communication Norfolk, and Mel Wheeler Broadcasting where she learned the art of traditional media and the evolving digital media markets. Continuing this love of communications after graduation, she went on to spearhead digital media strategy and communications in the non-profit world for Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families. Alesia is currently the Deputy Digital Director at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU)
Alesia's voice radiated on radio stations in Southwestern Virginia, Hampton Roads, and closed out her radio career at Cumulus Broadcasting's Mix 107.3 in Washington D.C.
Not one to sit down, Alesia vlogs and writes regularly about the Eurovision Song Contest, being featured on the BBC, CBS Mornings, and many other news outlets around the world.
